Peer Networking

  • Peer Networks programmes aim at supporting SMEs. Within the programmes small cohorts of businesses are brought together to support each other, work through common issues and get the appropriate coaching.

  • PBI has an experience of recruiting and managing 44 businesses within Peer Networking programmes. We supported a wide variety of businesses – from a travel agency to a mental health charity.

  • Our hands-on approach includes different types of coaching (group and individual), we use different techniques and tools (i.e., Action Learning) allowing us to effectively facilitate the discussion and solve real business problems in a short period of time.

  • Within the programme SMEs are able to discuss and find an appropriate solution to different problems: improve existing business processes, implement a new strategy, develop leadership skills, improve communication within the team.

  • PBI aims at building long lasting relationships with all the participants, we keep in touch with the businesses after the end of the programme and support them as needed.
